Of course we have our National Identity, we identify as a citizen from a country. We also tend to identify with certain genders, and we might belong to the community of a sports group or university alumni group.

What Community and identity can look like for Experimentation Culture:

1. Create an internal Slack channel or forum for team members to share test ideas and results.
2. Launch an annual “Experimentation Day” or another event with fun activities and case studies.
3. Build an “Experimenters’ Hall of Fame” recognizing team members who contribute the most to testing.
