We currently have a lot of proficiency in using smart phones and social media. Most people can also grasp the basics of scientific methodology and we know about the history of our countries because of history classes in school.
What knowledge and skills can look like for Experimentation Culture:
- Provide regular workshops and training sessions on A/B testing, statistics, and CRO strategies or how to read test results and iterate tests.
- Offer certifications or incentives for employees who master experimentation tools or methods.
- Send out a survey to teams asking: Are you doing Experimentation? What do you struggle with? How can I help?
- Host a brainstormsession (i.e. 1 2 4 all) to help a team solve a problem or create a backlog of ideas to work with. At the end of the brainstorm write ALL ideas down and prioritize them (PXL). Afterwards you’ll have an engaged team to work with and a backlog of experiments
