Our public spaces are full with symbols that we all understand, just think of the signs on the road. And language-wise we share the same language and tend to have similar vocalbulary

What symbols and language can look like for Experimentation Culture:

• Develop shared terminology, like calling a losing test a ‘learning opportunity’ and have everyone understand ‘Chance to Beat Control’ if you’re working with Bayesian statistics.
• Use dashboards or charts as visual symbols of progress and success that people start to recognize over time.
• Create internal mascots or symbols, like naming a Slack bot “Testy,” that reinforce experimentation culture.
